Chutney is a kind of savory jam that you might have on the table when you're eating food and originally it comes from India. So Ian makes Chutney at home on his farm and so we talk a little bit about Chutney. We also talk about doing Michael Caine impressions on stage because Ian has a habit of sort of slipping into this kind of Michael Caine impression when he's performing and when he's talking. This is a sort of bog standard Michael Caine impersonation in which he gets very angry indeed and then says you're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off.
