Stack Overflow's Agile Transformation

Stack Overflow is trying to move towards an more iterative style of work. The company's been around for a very long time and we're trying to move away from sprints. We had one of the original agile signatories on a few weeks back, Jim Highsmith. You get a lot of people that say, I don't like agile because we're forced to do sprints or whatever,. which isn't what you have to do.
