Run Chois Voting

The point of ran chois voting, which i'm almost sold on, is that it filters out the fringe, intense candidates. The people who benefit from the current system are not going to criticize the current system because it's what elected them. I think we should obviously start with this on, you know, a state base level, rather than a federal thinga and see how it plays out.
