How to Apply Executive Thinking to Your British Baking Show

I used to think that there would be some sort of knowledge transfer for watching those types of cooking shows. That typically is not the case, at least for me and my wife. Yes, but unless it's something like the Great British baking show, then you can learn lots. I tend to get a lot out of it because I'm translating it to how could I make a thing like that given what I know about making say sourdough bread.
