In university almost all of my side work was on a programming team which did algorithmic type problems. So much is surprised how many people don't even ask you know like you have somebody who just graduated from university and they come in for an interview they are not asked hey do you have some project from university that you'd like to share with us. No just tears the algorithm solve it okay solve the algorithm you're hired. Why it's kind of a missed opportunity I mean you get to see more of that person if it's possible if not that's also fine. It would have been like oh yeah go look at top code or like the thousands of problems I did in my spare time but
