The person who has the respect of the team on the technical side is not necessarily a great people manager. "We make that mistake we i think we understand that at the c to level, people will say, i need x, y and z," he says. The most common pattern: You're the most technical every one respectsyo, you're the manager. That's the person you make the teclede. And then you can balance tema.
