We can just they're drum roasting and and um you can it could be more or less roasted I think generally they go for a lesser roast on most of their coffees. There's also maybe a bit of nuttiness to the coffee character but which adds a nice dimension to the beer sure sureYeah we've been using uh hop extracts for a long time I love the co2 extract I love the clean bitterness you get out of it I love the way it's shelf stable and yeah and will last much longer so we use this here.
