How to Change Your Beliefs About Yourself

The most important thing is that you can't just like tell yourself affirmations or read a book to change how you feel about yourself. Many of us have surrounded ourselves with people who have that same belief so there's never a reinforcement that you are enough. Once it sticks once you really get the memo like oh my gosh I'm the same as everyone else everyone has a bit of this one way or the other some is more prominent than others and I don't have to live this way.
