Delegation in Business
The idea of delegation is only possible when you can trust someone's competence and their integrity. Incompetence includes, are they going to do the thing the way you want it done? Can they finish sentences? And so i had reached the point in the company that i had people who knew how to do stuff, they just weren't doing it the way id do it,. or ther you know, they'd bent like 95 % there but that other five% was an irritant. So i decided if we were going to have leaders that i could delegate to, that i was going to have to teach them the ramsey way of doing that thing.
