The 10 Steps to a Successful Resignation

I'll tell you one, one quick little story. Because 10 step is not all that complicated guys it just it gives us some real good instructions about what to do. I happened to work with a guy and I went down and talked to him and he just let me know that he didn't appreciate being talked to the way I talked to him. He's still on the board. Y'all understand. But I'm not sitting up there trying to rationalize well I would have said this if you hadn't done that and it's stopped. And that's not a reason if you stepped on somebody go clean it up.
