Are Agility Drills a Good Idea?
Warming up your visual system should be done with team athletes too. Your eyes are controlled by muscles that are skeletal muscles. They work in the same way as your biceps or your hamstring. We need to do that and we need to get that into part of our warm up is making sure that we're doing those things instead of even like you see people in the gym or doing agility drills. It could be visually related to their having to make some decision based on what they're seeing, because in match, how do you know when you're going to turn?
