Coaching in Sports

I am on the humanistic coaching, which is the kind of one that I'm very intrigued by. It tries to get rid of the personification that happens inside of coaching. There's literally zero emotional coaching involved in football. The social dilemma is mainly focused on getting players to have fun. What about all the other social interactions like coach athlete relation, parent athlete relation, athlete relations and then all the stakeholders in high level sport? Yeah, so holistic coaching brings in a whole lot of dimension into what coaching is and means.
