The Number One Killer Is to Stop Moving
i think the number one killer would be to stop moving. Second would probably be, you know, a maybe of eating poorly. If you fasted totally, that would be second. But a movement, if you keep moving, i mean, that's a thing that a lot of the cultures that they know they live a long life is they move,. and they continue to move, and they do have a good diet. I so believe in healing. You meet me too. And people, even with all those things, sometimes are able to do amazing things. It doesn't give us a choice.
