The Effects of D Training on Muscle Growth

We're going to be submitting it within the next few weeks and hopefully if all goes well, I would hope before the end of the year we have it published. So you can't necessarily extrapolate what we found to someone who just does a more traditional D load or anything like that. There's been some mostly acute research that shows a potential resensitization of anabolism where the muscle becomes has a greater resensituation. But still just the results are going to make me have made me rethink my approach.
