i love that idea of the tangle and being able to untangle it a little bit. Because very often i find that's what overwhelms us, is when thought and emotion and body sensation and urges are all at once. Often what they want is that kind of relief that comes from untangling that rather than seeing through it. And i feel like the sort of mindfulness that shinsan young teaches where were, you know, we actually divide up the ego into various sensory components,. An untangle each of those components individually, and then examine how they fit together. You know, that's really, really helpful.
