The Problem With Participating in a System That Creates Inequitable Outcomes
The goal of this is to go along enough to get along. You can do a tremendous amount of damage that you would never be able to do through resistance or gray rock, by becoming the whistleblower. It's kind of like being Robert Lift and analyzing the thought reform environment. But not by interviewing people who went through it, but rather by putting himself through it. The last option is troll and this is where you're going to lean in and accelerate.
