The Unforgivable Nature of the Church
There is visible union in unity there when things are administered correctly, but you're right. We do have real true union and communion with these other churches. But we don't have that visible union this side of glory. So they don't NAPARC together doesn't exercise the keys of the kingdom. The only the particular churches do right that make up NAPARC.
