How to Be a Successful CAE During an Executive Session
In terms of executive sessions, a little background on what those are and what they entail. What happens during those? And again, what do you want from your CAE during those sessions? Is that where you're talking like even the, uh, maybe less formal type conversation or just kind of walk us through executive sessions? Okay. Um, executive sessions are called by different things in different countries. In the UK, they're non-executive sessions because it's thenon-executive director in Canada. They call them in camera sessions. I know, I'm now fairly ambidextrous in that depending on where he is, I know that they have a different meaning.
