Do You Need More Sleep When You're Doing Intense Forms of Training?

It's all so normal to need more sleep when you're doing more intense forms of training. We we do believe that the higher the training load, the more sleep that you're going to need to recover from that. I saw something on line, which i thought was probably not very scientifically accurate, but a good illustration of this is that for every number of miles you run, or whatever it is that you do per week, you should add that many minutes to your sleep each night. So if you're running forty fi, you're runing frfive miles a week,. you should try to get an extra forty five minutes of sleep at night.
