The Best Thing by Mariana Zapata
The best thing by Mariana Zapata is a contemporary second chance romance with a two out of five spice level. The depth of character in this book is what makes it gorgeous and instead of making it feel slow, that made it feel immersive. I really love an older female protagonist and this book exemplifies why exactly these women are good. It's about the way women know each other and know ourselves, which is to say deeply and very complicatively. Fellowship Point by Alice Elliott Dark sounds like the perfect summer read.
