Michael Phelps' example illustrates a whole process that you can go through. You can start by having these kinds of discussions with your athlete and what might happen. And then if you then start adding these disruptions to see if the things that you discussed about are also actually how you would respond. So I think it really nicely shows that it's more than just creating this one pressure situation. It's about the whole process that goes comes before and comes after.
