Rubio Long Snapping

Rubio played before the rule changes in both the NFL and college football that were put in place to protect the long sapper. Rubio estimates he has trained more than a thousand long snappers who went on to play in college, some of whom also went to the NFL. College coaches want a good long snapper, but don't want to spend much time finding one so they rely on Rubio's rankings.
