What Kind of Trade Does Misonian Trade Have?
i couldn't quite square it in my head with the evidence for misonian trade more generally. The palaces still have a central economic role, which seems very clear from all the evidence that we have. It makes sense in terms of kind of the greater bronzage world system with how trade functions. And so, like i lecture that your book and the way that you presented this material brought all that together and made it make sense, which is a kind of a rare thing. But i'm glad it made sense. That's the goal.
