What's the Weather Like in Japan?

In Myanmar, only 6% are Christians. Doesn't matter, we're either Christians or Buddhists. The point is we gotta bring back good virtues. So the same thing can happen with Buddhist festivals and holidays. Is a Sunkran in Thailand. Now, however, at least in parts of Bangkok, it's basically like a big water fight party.
