What Is Lab-Graded Meat?

The FDA recently showed its support for meat grown in a lab. They said that it could centers chicken cultivated from cells as safe for humans to eat. That was after a review of a chicken product from Upside Foods, which is a company out of Berkeley, California. It will still need the sign off from the Department of Agriculture before it can be sold in this country.
