The Supreme Court Should Rule in the Tomna Case

The Supreme Court should reverse the Ninth Circuit's ruling in Tom Nick. The entire Gonzalez case dissolves like an Alcatzeltzer cube in water if that were to happen. Congress passed a law saying that if you aid in a bet an act of terrorism, you are liable to a lawsuit by an American citizen who is injured in that act of terrorism. In this case, family next of Ken of people who were killed. That is not in traditional aiding and abetting liability mean. If I give some assistance in general to the University of Minnesota and Alan Rosenstein goes and kills somebody, I did not aid in abet the murder.
