Building Features for Customers

It was triggered because I had one or two cases the week before, which took up a lot of my time. It's all about prioritization. Is this like the top priority right now? And I've kind of decided like, it's not. If that bounce rate starts creeping up, then yeah, maybe we go address it. So next week for me, and this is great because I love doing this stuff anyway, like this is my favorite part of making a product is to build some features.
