Left Over Rice Cindrom, or Leftover Rice Poisoning, Is a Hundred % Real

Left over rice cindrom is a real thing. It's also known as left over rice poisoning, sometimes fried rice cindrome or fried rice poisoning. Nobody knows how widespread it is because people get sick from things they eat all the time and rarely report them to authorities. One such outbreak was documented in a berlin kindergarten where 37 children ate the same rice pudding within 24 hours of each other. In one vomit sample, bacillus sereus - an endo-spore producing bacteria -- was found. The public health authorities were able to swoop in and gather some vomit samples for testing.
