How to Test Your Tech for Success
Give yourself a timeframe that you at least have to test it because there are a lot of people who jump into a system and they're like, oh, this is overwhelming. This is our rule on my team that if we try any piece of tech, we have to try it at least for 90 days. After you test your tech, you're going to then communicate with your team on how it fits together. You need to be super consistent. It's just regrouping everybody and even yourself as well. Once you communicate this with your team or even for yourself, you want to create processes around this tech.
