The Importance of Being a Parent

I think it's hard to, Lori Paul has written on this and I'm finding myself more persuaded by her after becoming a parent. You create a being that you are absolutely head over heels in love with. Having a child is morally dangerous in some ways because it concentrates your empathy. It sometimes leaves me with an empathy deficit, feeling less for other people can I'm just so obsessed with my baby.
