The Difference Between an Initiator and a Devotee
An outer court generally makes a people who have not yet been initiated into a specific tradition, but are training our associate with that coven to potentially become a future member. An initiation or an initiate is somebody who has usually completed some form of training and undergrows a sacred writer ritual to join into that coven. The next term I want to talk about is libation or for somebody to libate something. This usually means that somebody will give part of a food offering to the gods or to the spirits that they're trying to contact during their ritual or spell. Some traditional practices do follow the Skyclad traditions, while others may have it optional or may completely nix it from their practice
