The Threat of a Reshuffle Is a Powerful Tool
I think it's a peculiar conservative government problem I'm pretty sure you could look to plenty of previous administrations and find the same sort of issue. The thing that really irritates me about, you know, reshuffles and the sort of constant churn of ministers is not just that, but it's also this argument that has seems to have grown in recent years that the threat of a reshuffle is a really powerful tool. It doesn't mean wholesale policy changes when you get a change of the government but a lot of it is down to that change of personnel.
