Transdermal Testosterone Replacement in Men with Heart Disease

This chapter discusses a study on transdermal testosterone replacement in men with heart disease or high risk of heart disease. The study found no differences in major cardiac events or all-cause mortality between the testosterone group and placebo group, but higher rates of certain adverse effects were observed in the testosterone group.
