Part of the nature of technology is that it updates so quickly and, and fundamentally paying people are buying it. And if you get too far away from those roots and you start to focus on ancillary stuff as opposed to delivering amazing performance then you set the scene for someone to come along and really trump you with something that you weren't expecting.
