The Complexity of a Backlog
People are really good at linear thinking. But then when you're talking about a system, any system, even a distributed system, it's harder because if A happens and all of the sudden you get Z? Like because B is supposed to be next. And then that's where the complexity kicks in and we're not really good at that yet. That is how we don't think. The first thing that 90% of people are going to do, they're going to do some sort of web of points that connect to many other points. Yeah. It was a little bit of also a cheeky question because you know that there isn't an accepted definition of what a complex system is.
