In five years, we put wings on over 150 multi pilots. I always tell new instructors like those students are your resume. When you leave Portage, you're going back to the bottom of the totem pole. It's such a good experience. You saw those people stumble and struggle and deal with that cognitive dissonance and all that stuff and succeed.
