How to Stand Out in the Hardware Business

Michael: We spent the last year developing a community an online community specifically for hardware retail where we felt we could deliver the most value was to simply hosting curate mastermind like peer to peer mastermind groups. Within that we host monthly masterminds for peer to peer so owner to owner GM to GM B2B sales, marketers to marketers and then we've created a slack channel for them to be able to kind of share wins and challenges as well real time. The whole content strategy itself is probably maybe 20 or 25 hours a month for us and that's between four or five people so it's very manageable very easy to do.
