The Effects of Hit Training on Muscle Growth

On average people about 50% so-called slow twitch 50% half fast twitch if you're a sprint type person you have a bit more fast twitch. There is some evidence to suggest that the glycogen depletion and the activation of some of the signaling kinases and bk are higher in those who train at high intensity. So this is getting a bit nitty gritty but I'm interested in it yeahyeah right now it's not as clean as you might think.
