Is There a Realistic Health Track Recovery System?

If you're playing this game, you really need to get into a big suit of armor. And if you're in a mech, you should probably have a mech sized katana. All the mech close combat weapons are just called hyper edges. This game's got one of them realistic health track recovery systems or like going from flesh wound to unharmed takes three days. I hate any game that really thinks that this is a good idea. It doesn't give you the whole like the DM is God.
