Immigrant Crime Rates Are Lower Than Native Rates
Everyone benefits economically from immigration, but there is a cultural aspect to immigration as well. Restrictionists argue that crime rates go up because of immigration from poorer countries. Immigrants are naturally law-abiding people and not interested in messing around with the wrong kind of people. Thomas Jefferson used to worry about how immigration from non-Republican countries could hurt America.
