I highly recommend everybody go watch the social dilemma on Netflix. You can get some good from these things. I met a lot of my internet friends and heroes via Twitter. If you're really thinking about leaving Twitter, don't replace it with something else. Just stop using it for 30 days afterwards. See if you feel better or see if you feel worse.
