Is There a Minimum?

I think we need to do a better job of updating our minimum expectations here in the US, at least to reflect contemporary practice and what that looks like. The more niche your skill set is, the more stress and more pressure you're putting upon yourself because then nobody else can do it. So ultimately, I think everybody needs to do plan A, but you need to gradually start building up the competency and people that can do BCD. But quite often they'll learn the skills and then go forth and out into the rest of the country or maybe in the rest ofthe world and spread the knowledge there.
