How to Deal With Extroverts on Your Team

I'm always incredibly envious of extroverts and all they can do. I think as an introvert it's incredibly valuable to have extrovert people on your team because they have so many really really attractive traits that are necessary for your team. So there's definitely not about introverts alone, it's just about understanding people's characters wherever that may be, whatever that means. If introvert extrovert indeed any other types of types of character traits or cognitive diversity just trying to understand that will allow you not only to make them happy but now you have a happier team as well.
