The Biggest Data Fiduciary
The central government or state is the biggest data fiduciary isn't that the case? Biggest will be a little tough to answer. If we can say that governments are among the biggest, I'm not so sure because look at also the frequency of the data collection. Government doesn't have direct access to Google Maps. The Indian government at least. But there is also a certain level of siloing in the data. It's only when you link it together and find out the full profile of the individual do you know everything about an individual. And data is one of those rare quote unquote "unquoted" resources where you have more power than people realise.
