The organization should be built objectively and based on the goals of the organization so that's how the employees should be trained. You can't change employees from their mindsets of what they've had for years but you can put into place controls and mechanisms that will ensure that they are following the policies procedures and standards that you have established. The mindset I think that we need to change the mindset of people once again I'm not trying to be cruel with this butI think that we have a very selfish nation right now. We must let people know that it's not just you and your domain of your home is you and your family and how you react might be differently than when you come into another environment
