The Importance of Having a Second Opinion on Card Condition
The O P Chi product hit stores in Canada on January 1 1980. It's very tough to get a good copy out of the pack and a lot of it had to do with centering they didn't care so much about centering back in 1979 when they were printing and cutting these cards. You probably won't find a single card that would grade eight or higher you're probably going to get a few sevens but you'll be very lucky to get an eight. If you hit a 10, consider yourself getting struck by lightning three times in different countries over the course of a two week worldwide trip.
