How Do You Use Vinegar?
Vinegar drink used to be extremely popular in the old days and i think you know if you take my mountain vinegar which has very complex flavor of pine tangerines and then you add a little bit of sweetness and water my god this is an incredible drink in my opinion. with a lot of chef in los angeles a few years ago and and one of the shepherds completely in loves that vinegar I made like two or three gallons over per year yeah it sounds incredible okay so let me ask this last thing do you have these really interesting complex vinegars how do you like to use them so i like to feature it?
