Barbells are the way to go if you're already doing jujitsu, right? You're meeting all of your conditioning and coordination. I always say that crop my guys is the crossfit of martial arts. And then I say that crop, that crossfit is the crop my God strength conditioning. So those are the two things that,. that, that we do, that, that starting strength does. It's cool that I've been able to mix my love for self-defense and fighting with my love for coaching people.
