Lee: The whole reason for doing this is to help offload the bedside nurse and all the bedside caregivers with a lot of the tasks that are not what they went to nursing school for. "We intentionally don't want to be in the staffing business, because our belief is every health system actually has enough caregivers," she says. Lee: It really doesn't matter who's physically at the bedside, what's being done on the other end of the camera -- it's about providing the best possible care at the right time.
