We've built completely in house tech and cetcarta the stack is complex one. Almost 70 to 80 per cent of the customer service happens in the ap itself. No trade cart is a veryisorent product because you have dispute after dispute. Like rewards yoy calling a call centre for everything has been built it's an journey. So we keep building as we know that everything is already built. And i think many other people don't want to do that things, like credit cards.
